Learning As I Go

The pasta salad yesterday was excellent but it really did a number on my Blood Sugar readings. It was the portions -- NOT the food choice.

...Fiber One Cereal with Skim Milk ×
...Clementine ×
...Tuscan Cantaloupe ×
...Cottage Cheese ×
...Pinto Beans ×
...Canadian Bacon ×
...Ciabatta with Butter ×

Stick with recommended portions. It pays off.
