I made one for myself 
and one for a friend.

These are 1 cup asparagus, blanched
1 cup crab
1 cup half and half
3 eggs beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar
prebaked Marie Callender Pie Shell

Garden Patch Fast

For a Couple of days I want to try some juice fasting.
I will start with Trader Joe's Garden Patch Juice, 
a personal favorite.

A tall mug, 3 times a day supplemented
with vitamins and
Ryvita crackers for substance.

To be followed by a day of
Pineapple Romaine juice
with celery and peanut sauce
and a day of
Green Apple Fennel juice 
with carrot sticks.

Rudimentary at This Time of Morning

In the past I've tried fasting on bottled juices. Knudsen Very, Very Veggie and Trader Joe's Garden Patch Juice are favorites and have palpable fiber. Pink Grapefruit juice is good but seems a bit more acid. I think I prefer the fruit and vegetable blends of the fresh organic juice.
