Catching up With my Past
It's not that I haven't been eating. I have failed to post any meals since last November. Careless, lazy, call it what you will. My interests have drifted elsewhere but I will try to remedy that.
During Lent I have attempted to stick with an Eat Fresh, Eat Local philosophy with limited animal proteins other than the dairy products.
And today I am eating the leftover pan grilled London Broil on Pugliese with a shrimp stuffed avocado as my daily indulgence.
