Tough day food wise
Found out the yogurt I've been eating has too many calories. So I cut back the portion to 3 tablespoons. Added one serving Tillamoos.
Skipped lunch after the Scoops and Salsa.
For dinner canned chicken breast as 1.5 sandwich. Garden Patch juice and a dessert of Raspberry Cheesecake Gelato.

A working dinner
Using the laptop as a place mat, I decided a hot dog sandwich was just the ticket tonight.
Breakfast was Kashi go lean with maple flavored Greek yogurt.
Lunch was last night's leftovers.
