Day #1 Williams Chinese Restaurant Day #2 Something out of the cooler but damned if I can remember (possibly Greek Honey Yogurt or Labne on an Everything Bagel) Day #3 T Bone Steaks, pan grilled @ my sister Peg's Day #4 the previous post - Home made Chalupas and Salsa from Mom's recipes with Spanish Rice and Beans Day #5 Roast Turkey Dinner at Cousin's in Tri Cities Day #6 Connie's Potato Soup0 Day #7 Cousin's Club Sandwich from the Dalles (around 3pm) Day #8 Skamania Lodge Buffet with Don: Prime Rib, Salad, Fish and Dessert Day #9 Skipped it after a late afternoon tea at Garda's (cheese, rice cracker, raspberry torte, apple dumplings) Day #10 Colby Cheese and Dill Pickles in Klamath Falls Day #11 Cold BBQ Chicken, Green Beans, Pasta Salad
Ate some breakfasts and some lunches from restaurants or Subway while on the road but mostly snacked from the cooler on items brought from home. Didn't touch the brand new jar of Smart Balance Peanut Butter but I will make up for that now that I am home.
