Not counting frozen entrees, the pasta drawer or the legume drawer these are my daily options. Supplemented with fruits and veggies from the Farmer's Market and fresh fish and eggs nutrition is never in danger of falling short.

Michelangelo's: 1 of the best I've ever tasted. 6 minutes in the microwave, 5 minutes rest And a dollop of sour cream. It's Sunday dinner

Now Using Loseit.com

A friend introduced me to the Website. Now I've joined and have used the Phone App for the past few days. It's User Friendly and let's you see the effects of planned exercise in a way that motivates you to get the body moving.

Overall my main problem where food is concerned is portion control. Since it is Lent I am using a modified Catholic plan. Abstinence from meat (except fish and poultry) and smaller breakfast and lunch choices. It is working well for me.

Ash Wednesday Begins a Lenten Fast

Going a bit further than tradition, I am limiting
myself to no Meat, with the exception of fish
and chicken, and approximately 500 calories
per day for the 6 weeks of Lent
in the hope that a toxic cleanse
leads to some progress on weight loss.
