My plan for Lent is multi faceted. In addition to giving up meat for 6 weeks and thriving on soup (and bread) I am making the most of the pantry. What I've collected over the past 6 months will find a use in the daily repast. I hope to refill the food stocks @ Easter. Until then I'll see how far I can push my whims to accept what is readily available. The only exception will be the fresh fruits and vegetables from the Farmer's Market.
- Greek Yogurt with Mandarin Orange Jelly, Unsulphured dried apricots, walnuts
Minnie helped me to clean out the yogurt container before recycling.
