Yesterday - Wednesday Night

How did I forget about posting the day's activity?


Starters were:

  • Multigrain Cereal topped with Honey Yogurt
For lunch I placed a slice of Provolone into a french roll and nuked it for about 20 seconds. Surprisingly good.

Dinner was to be a Gourmet Burger with a Movie
  • Diced Green Chiles (small can of La Victoria)
  • 1 tsp Leaf Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1# Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef
Made this into 3 burger patties and cooked them with a light coat of Coconut Oil in the cast iron skillet.
Michael got his on a Ciabatta roll garnished with dijon mustard, ketchup, tomato, lettuce, dill pickle slices.
I split mine with half on a small french roll and the other half eaten with a fork. The flavor was excellent.

Netflix failed me. Streaming was too slow to enjoy a movie so we watched Betty White's new comedy show, 'Off Their Rockers'.
