1/2 Dozen Brown Eggs in the Rice Cooker

Planning for the last week of October:

  • an egg a day
  • fresh fruit turned into freezer jam or smoothie portions
  • organic produce for meals, juice or freezer

Breakfast looks like Greek Gods Honey Yogurt° and half the steamed egg° I shared with Max.


Lunch might be Beans and Ham Soup with salad° and avocado°


Dinner is shaping up as boneless country ribs with potato, carrot, onion and sauerkraut baked in the crockpot
