During Lent I have attempted to stick with an Eat Fresh, Eat Local philosophy with limited animal proteins other than the dairy products.

A Triple cheese Burger from Skip's Kitchen
to break the monotony.
And today I am eating the leftover pan grilled London Broil on Pugliese with a shrimp stuffed avocado as my daily indulgence.
