I'm not very big on pork products however I bought some Kansas City Style dry rubbed boneless ribs and found them to be the most delicious thing I've eaten in awhile. It's a pre-packaged Swift premium product. The piece I bought will yield six meals. Last night I fed my guest and myself hearty portions with garlic mashed potatoes and a mixed green salad with blue cheese dressing on the side.
