Day Fifteen - Real Age Plan

Made up Rice Cooker Medley
20 minutes cooking time


  1. Fruit Smoothie
  2. Ratatouille
  3. Seasoned Rye Crisp with Cottage Cheese
  4. Quinoa with Chicken & Mushrooms, Fennel, Green Beans, Carrots

After 2 weeks I am down 3 pounds and 4% loss of body fat.


Now THAT is encouraging.
