Week Number Two - Weigh in

The day of reckoning has come. The pants are looser but what does it all mean? NO CHANGE!!!
Could be due to the fact that my body has been eating this same diet for 2 years and my metabolism has adjusted to it. Or, my activity level has increased a minimal amount for the calories eaten. Or, I should have taken my waist measurement as they advise, instead of going by poundage. I am not dismayed. The Plan continues.


  1. Multigrain Cereal
  2. Handful of Almonds
  3. Banana Tropical Fruit Yogurt Salad
  4. 12 Grain Crackers with Liverwurst
  5. Pasta Fagioli
  6. Rosemary String Potatoes (Burgerville)
  7. Mocha Perk Milkshake (Burgerville)
