Enough of the bad decisions about food. Today I need to get back to a basically Vegan diet and start dropping some excess poundage.
Fresh boiled beet, pureed with 2 garlic cloves, a Tablespoon of pickled sliced jalapeno pepper, Tablespoon of Sesame Oil and pickle juice to enhance puree texture. Sprinkle toasted sesame seed over the top and serve with pita chips or whole grain crackers.
Oven warmed artisan ciabatta with butter
Beet Hummus with Red Rice and Black Sesame crackers
Carrot Juice
Popcorn

The starvation menu is not intentional. I just didn't feel like eating today and I slept in.
