Since last posting I've been fried chicken, beef burgundy turned into soup and into stew with a biscuit topping, lots of leftovers and a Navy Bean Soup with Corn Chile and Garden Patch juice stirred in for a unique flavor.  


One night I went to Panda Express for Chow Mein, Honey Walnut Shrimp and Chicken with green beans and onion.


Last night it was homemade chicken enchiladas at Karin Gallagher's.
