Encore for the Curried Chicken


  • Strawberry yogurt
  • fresh peaches with whipped topping

  • Grilled yellow squash with gouda on a torta roll
  • dill pickle garnish
  • sliced tomato


  • Curried Chicken Stew *****
Added a can of tomato paste, Mexican seasoning and crushed red pepper to last night's gravy and served it in the crockpot with 4 chicken drums, yellow squash, green beans, red potatoes and the last of the organic chicken broth. A rich and yummy comfort food with Naan and Tostitos at hand.
