The beans are seasoned with:
Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, Cumin, Oregano, Pink Himalayan Salt and Coarse Ground Pepper. A chunk of salted butter added for richness.
My intention is to have another bowl for dinner with a Caesar Salad.
