Obsessed with Hash browns, eggs and toast but none on hand so I ate
Kashi, High Fiber, Twigs and Nuts and Berries
Coconut Milk
then I went shopping
Rosemary Olive Oil Sourdough Toast with a brush of butter
Garlic and Herb Shreds
One Large Brown Egg over easy
and for dinner I pan grilled a
Rib Eye Steak
cut in half it made an excellent steak sandwich for dinner
