In spite of what good sense would dictate I began my day with
2 Krispy Kreme doughnuts
a Raspberry filled powdered sugar doughnut
a Creme filled chocolate frosted doughnut
Tomato Cucumber salad with Muffaletta
Tomato and Cheddar on Whole Wheat Walnut Sourdough
(one slice of bread will do for a sandwich)
Chicken and Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs
