As the Week Wanes...

I think I will start the day the ordinary way
with coffee, fruit and protein

Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Orange

follow that up before a nap with

Pot of Tea
Boiled Egg

dine on an elegant lite lunch late in the day

Lime Cilantro Shrimp
Smooshed Red Potato
Cucumber

and cheat for dinner

Polish Sausage Dog
