This is my travelling breakfast. Butter basted eggs on grilled English Muffin. One egg would have been sufficient but it was quite delicious.


1/2 an Asian Sub, Beef with Swiss cheese, cilantro, cucumber, carrot shreds , spicy sauces.

Dinner? Remains to be seen.
