Weekends are the Best

I use a Rice Cooker and steam about 8 eggs at a time.
These provide 1 oz of my daily protein.

Steamed Egg
Sourdough Toast
Garden Patch Juice


Quesadilla Burger
Ground Beef, Mozzarella, Green Cabbage, Pico de Gallo


Pan Seared Lamb
Sauteed Peas
