- Banana Apple Berry Yogurt Smoothie

- Wasabi Chicken Salad Sandwich
- Double Fiber Bread
- Chicken Salad Leftovers
- Apple Juice
I make my smoothies with 1/2 cup frozen berries to give it a Slushy consistency. 1/2 cup Apple Juice, 2 T. Mediterranean Yogurt and a banana with ground flax meal for additional fiber and Omega-3s.
