Day One - Real Age Plan


I'll be following the Drs plan for losing 10-50 pounds over the next year. This is today's lunch. Roasted Zucchini and Yellow squash garnished with a boiled egg, Cayenne Pepper and butter.
  1. Pineapple Smoothie
  2. Boiled Egg
  3. Handful of Almonds
  4. Zucchini and Yellow Squash
  5. Boiled Egg
  6. Angelhair Pasta with Anchovie Butter
  7. 7 Grain Baguette
