- 5 mandarin oranges - 25 carbs
- coffee
- 10 oz Carrot, Celery, Tomato Juice by mistake (but it was a good way to get the day started) - negligible carbs
- Cabbage Soup - negligible carbs
- Fuji Apple and Fennel juice - 25 and 17 carbs
Missed lunch today since I was out and about and the soup wasn't yet made. I'm figuring my total calories at 500+ at most (4 calories/carb). Tomorrow's veggies will come up even less but I will have 2 servings of the soup (lunch and dinner).
