At my new patient visit with my doctor this morning I weighed in at my 2nd highest weight ever. I don't have to tell you how this made me feel. I won't ignore the fact that something needs to be done about it.
I don't think the problem with my weight is my basic diet itself. My choices are good but portion control isn't always what it should be and I eat out way too often. The main culprit is lack of activity however. I'm not sure the changes I am about to implement will show up here on these pages.
From time to time I will report on my progress. Perhaps a goal vs actual chart by month.
