Link and Balance Eating


  • Trader Joe's Honey Yogurt= 14g fat, 29g carbs, 10g protein 300 cals
  • Coffee
  • Butter Lettuce wrapped  Crab Cake with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce = 10g fat, 5g carbs, 11g protein (serving) 160 cals
  • 13 Bean Chili = 1g fat, 49g carbs, 18g protein (serving) 270 cals
  • Cheesecake = too much fat and too many carbs but it is now gone 'bye bye'
