Hi - well done on losing so much weight! So you just cut out sweet stuff and carbs? I think I might try that, (sweet things might be hard to let go of) but I must lose some weight. I used to be able to eat what ever I wanted and never put on an ounce, but now it seems I only have to look at a bar of chocolate and I gain weight!!

I basically follow an Insulin Resistant Diet Plan which limits grains and sweets. If I also cut out red meats I have some success at dropping a few pounds.
